Epocalypse Revisited Part Six ... Six, Six: Are we talking the "Mark of the Beast" Yet?
It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.
Revelation 13:16-18 New International Version
I'm skipping right over writing a "Part Five" and making this "Part 6-6-6" because this is where reality -- yes, the actual world -- is getting really weird.
One can easily see how the conjunction of sanctions and an economic collapse set into motion like an avalanche by central-bank tightening all over the world, forced by soaring inflation, with further breakouts of Covid could become a situation where new digital money is born and comes with some built-in personal ID, passport, maybe even vaccine certification built in.
In fact, more likely the way it would work is that you'd have a personal digital ID system, that worked to access your passport, vaccination certificate and bank accounts from the cloud. In other words, reverse the order. By simply digitally identifying yourself -- say, your hand with an invisible Q code -- you could then complete any financial transaction with a wave of your hand under a scanner (or, if you have no hands, your forehead because you are certain to have one of those). Here's the thing: that exact thing has already been developed (and used in some countries) for vaccine certification.
We saw how significantly Covid limited international travel and how it required certification of vaccination for entry into many facilities. In Seattle, you couldn't go to a restaurant without proof of vaccination. What better solution in the mind of governments than to cover all those restraints with IDs through which you access to all your money as well? That way you can transfer the money for an event and prove your vaccination status to enter at the same time. All they need to do is get you to not resist the implementation, and we saw how well fear of a plague worked for that; and I know just the guy who fits the bill for bringing that all together.
Before we get to him, one has only to look to a few of California's most recently proposed laws to get a clear picture of how such technology might be used and misused for enforcement in the future:
Sunsets glitter over the Pacific. Poppies bloom cupa de oro in the spring. The Golden Gate Bridge shines through the foggy San Francisco Bay. These glimmers of gold may remain. But over the last 50 years, the Golden State’s luster has systematically been stripped away by sociopaths and egomaniacs in government....
Right now, at this very moment, they’re using the COVID-19 pretense to put forth a whole host of legislative proposals to trample personal privacy, abuse minors, bully doctors, and destroy livelihoods. Here’s what we mean:
AB1993, for example, requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all employees and independent contractors to work in California. And AB1797 creates an immunization tracking system giving all government agencies access to vaccination records for all persons....
AB2098 classifies anti-COVID medical opinion as “unprofessional conduct†and subject to discipline by medical boards.
SB920 authorizes medical boards to inspect a doctor’s office and medical records without patient’s consent....
If outgoing Governor Jerry “Moonbeam†Brown hadn’t vetoed SB1424, it would have required the state Attorney General to establish an advisory committee to review and create a plan to stop the “spread of false information through internet-based social media platforms...."
“This bill ... would provide that harmful content includes libel or slander, as specified, threats of imminent violence against governmental entities, and disinformation or misinformation, including, but not limited to, false or misleading information regarding medicine or vaccinations, false or misleading information regarding elections, and conspiracy theories....â€
Yet this is just the beginning. Washington is currently building the infrastructure to suppress free speech by tying it to social credit. This would be extended to control and constrain how and when you spend your money....
Say the wrong thing and your digital dollars are canceled.
The latter statement is not a fact as of yet. Neither California or D.C. have any law going into effect that will allow digital cash to be shut off if the state doesn't like what you are thinking or saying. However, looking at the draconian list of California's new laws above, which I shortened considerably to stay with just making the point here, it's not hard to see why the author above opines that such overreaching legislatures -- in a time when sanctioning and shutting off money as punishment are now vogue -- will reach for your funds and shut them off to punish you for bad behavior ... or simply prevent a particular transaction from going through if the transaction, such as entrance to ballgame, isn't allowable without a vaccine and you haven't had one.
It would be so much smoother to track all of that information if you just had a globally unique digital ID you carried with you all the time. The system then could pull up your vaccination status from your medical records as "verified" or "current" and allow your financial transaction to go through and allow you to go through the stadium gate. If invisibly tattooed right to you, you wouldn't have to carry photo ID to prove you hadn't stolen or forged the vaccine information because the venue would know its system was accessing official government information directly linked to you via your hand. The government already believes it has the right to tell you what to inject into your body, whether you want it or not, and end your livelihood if you refuse (as they did with me). So, what is to stop them from telling you how you will inject the vaccine ... if you want to keep your livelihood or maintain access to your money.
It was only two years ago that I described a tattoo/vaccine technology, already created by one William Gates, that could easily present itself as the ultimate digital wallet/passport/vaccination certificate all rolled into one. CBDCs, as they are about to be issued, personal ID, Covid vaccination certificates and the actual vaccination, itself, all roll neatly into an invisible package for making that happen.
I laid this out in depth in an article about Bill Gates' bizarre new inventions and the mandatory digital vaccination certification he was advocating back in May of 2020. You may want to go back and revisit that article, framed by the present discussion, but here is a summary excerpt:
This may be my most important article to date. Bill Gates went viral in several controversial interviews last month, advocating mandatory digital ID as proof of coronavirus vaccination....
Gates has also funded research to create digital personal ID vaccination tattoos to make proof of vaccination ... electronically apparent. And Gates has long advocated becoming a cashless society using digital ID.
Coronavirus is handing Gates the world he said he wanted 20+ years ago — a world he said he would do everything in his power to bring about. (Not the diseased aspect, but the changes coming with that disease.) How ironic (or is it?) for a man whose charitable work has focused on vaccinating the world against viral diseases?
"One possible requirement … is the mandatory participation in a global vaccine program, underwritten by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Big Pharma and an assortment of other people who supposedly have the best interest of the global citizenry in mind...." [One might almost think vaccines are just a way of administering the technology around a perceived need.]
"MIT is working on a 'quantum tattoo that will mark you with an invisible identifier while also delivering a vaccine. Can you guess who is the premiere donor of the project?"
[Said Gates:] "Eventually what we will have to have is certificates of who’s a recovered person and who’s a vaccinated person because you don’t want people moving around the world where you’ll have some countries that won’t have it under control — sadly. You don’t want to completely block off the ability for those people to go there and come back and move around, so eventually there will be sort of this digital immunity proof that will help facilitate the global re-opening up...."
“The researchers are exploring storing data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine. The technology is currently in the proof-of-concept phase,†the [Gates} foundation told PolitiFact in an email. “If successful, governments could elect to incorporate this kind of tool in their immunization programs in place of, or in addition to, their current methods of tracking vaccinations....â€
Back in 2012, Digital Trends predicted, "By 2020, most people will have embraced and fully adopted the use of smart-device swiping for purchases they make, nearly eliminating the need for cash or credit cards. People will come to trust and rely on personal hardware and software for handling monetary transactions over the Internet and in stores. Cash and credit cards will have mostly disappeared.""CASHLESS SOCIETY 2020: Bill Gates Goes Viral on Digital ID and Digital Currency"
The way the vaccine works is that a Q-code-pattern of almost microscopic needles inserts the vaccine and some microscopic markers (like copper pellets in one version) under your skin on the back of our hand, so you are vaxed and marked with the code subcutaneously and simultaneously with the scannable pattern.
I recommend reading that full article because most of what I warned about in May, 2020, at the start of Covid in terms of how the government might actually force vaccination then force proof of vaccination became true less than a year-and-a-half after I warned it was likely coming when they did both of those things and even deprived people of their livelihoods if they refused. Kind of makes it hard to buy and sell if you don't have a livelihood.
I experienced all of it. Without proof of vaccination, I was not allowed to work. I was stripped of my livelihood with no due process of any kind in court. So, all that's left of that scenario is to go from a vaccine card to the ID tattoo, which Mr. Gates kindly already invented for us. That is the only part of all that I warned about almost two years ago, that hasn't yet happened ... in the United States.
So, what would make you think the last part of what I warned about at the start of Covid -- the tattoo -- won't happen? All the rest happened at a mind-spinning pace, and look at how intense a majority of people readily and obediently became about enforcing it on their peers in order to protect themselves and society.
One reason I refused the vaccine was that I didn't want to even start down that road; yet, already we have almost reached the end of the road -- "the road ahead" Gates called it when he wrote about this vision for the world decades ago. It's now just about all the road behind because, when the Gates Foundation spoke above about "proof of concept," he meant there were already small African countries in which his vaccine tattoo was being rolled out on a small scale to test how well the concept worked. Apparently, the Africans, desperate as they are for free vaccines, are the ideal guinea pigs for testing these things. I'd hate to think it was more Mengele-style race-based experimentation. Gates said it was for their good, but some sources reported a high incident of female infertility coming out of the vaccination program. (I don't know if that was true or not.)
Some of the quotes in that article were from a book I wrote over twenty years ago for Putnam, titled End-Time Prophecies of the Bible. So, I've been writing about how all of this was coming for a long time -- never saying when it would come, but that it was coming. Now, I'm finally saying this is the year when you see the digital currency part of it start to come into law. The article above was packed with a lot more than what I quoted, including numerous videos of Bill Gates and others, so if you didn't read it back then, you might want to now; but that is the gist of it. In a comment after the article I also noted this little oddity I had happened across:
And with patent number 060606 that Microsoft actually does hold for a "biometric sensor," Gates can already incorporate that technology into the vaccine ID,
That's just an odd little coincidence ... like this tidbit that I put in my book as a curiosity, which has been bandied about the internet for years -- that Bill Gates' name in ASCII (the code used by scanners in stores) adds up to 666. oooeeeeooo However, one doesn't need that kind of weird stuff to find reality, itself, even stranger.
So, moving right along past the Hall of Tortured Souls, the WHO is working on developing such technology, too, so you won't have to wait long: (And, of course, who works closely with WHO, but Big Brother Bill? Why do you think he works so closely with them when he's a computer geek, not a doctor geek?)
The World Health Organization (WHO) has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID.
Indeed, despite the minuscule threat posed by new variants and dubious-at-best vaccine efficacy, the WHO is adamant that a global QR code-based vaccine passport system is vital for all future health emergencies, not just COVID.
“COVID-19 affects everyone. Countries will therefore only emerge from the pandemic together. Vaccination certificates that are tamper-proof [like when they are tattooed under your skin by the government with special coded invisible markers?] and digitally verifiable build trust. WHO is therefore supporting member states in building national and regional trust networks and verification technology,†says unit head of the WHO’s Department of Digital Health and Innovation Garrett Mehl.
"Trust networks." It has such a friendly sound in that now-familiar Orwellian way, but maybe not as friendly when you link it with "digital verification technology" placed within your body where you cannot easily tamper with it or alter it without simply rendering it non-functional and, thus, locking yourself out of everything.
The information about WHO's involvement from The Counter Signal appears to be well-sourced for authenticity, so there we go. All those things I said I thought were in the works are now coming together under the auspices of the WHO, who has been so helpful in ending the Covidcrisis ... or turning Covid into a crisis, depending on your point of view. It's all coming together right now.
Even more interesting when you read that last quote is that fact that Bill's technology that I laid out in my own article two years ago is a "QR code-based vaccine passport system," too, that is extremely "closely linked" to the person because the QR code is tattooed into them, making it hard to tamper with. Also interesting is that the WHO is now having such a system implemented by Deutsche Telekom, who's long-time financial partner is Deutsche Bank, one of the oldest and largest banks in the world. Is that possibly to integrate the vaccine ID Bill developed with digital currencies as I suggested two years ago? Hmmm. I'm not going to go as far as connecting those quantum dots in the QR code ... yet ... but it sure is coming together to look like a clear picture to me.
As two of Germany’s biggest companies, Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Bank have a long and successful business relationship. Deutsche Bank managed the flotation of Europe’s largest telecoms company in 1996 and has remained a key financial advisor to the company.
Ehh, could be nothing. Big German telecom companies need big German banks, but these two do like to team up on big projects, too. So, keep an eye on them! After all, I didn't firmly connect the dots when I wrote my book over twenty years ago or that article two years ago, but I've been keeping my eye on them ever since, and none of this has disappointed my anticipations yet!
Whether "the beast" is now staring us in the eye or not, like being suddenly face-to-face with a tiger, the risks are real. All of the cyber-warfare, and Antifa-style cyber-terror hacking, and all the internet censorship we have been deluged with since Covid and the invasion of Ukraine should cause us to move away from so much cyber-dependency and personal meta-IDs, but it's all too addictive and too convenient for us to escape our desires to enslave ourselves to it ... so we risk a little control by our benevolent overlords. What's to fear?
The answer to that will likely emerge from the ashes of our presently unfolding economic collapse cum Covid in the form of some stronger beast of a system that will pretend to be more hack-proof and cyberwar-proof and perhaps spy-proof that will give us the safety of our vaccine certificates and international passports and bank accounts all conveniently packaged. We just need something another step or two worse than the Covidcrisis to make the vast majority compliant for the sake of their safety, and it look to me like the ingredients above provide all the right chemistry as they come together.
These kinds of beasts, even if intended just to be helpful at first (big "if"), have a way of evolving to the needs or wants of government. Remember those golden days when the government needed a warrant to "tap" your phone lines -- an antiquated expression today that got Donald Trump into turmoil when he used it because governments don't physically wiretap any more. They just hack from hundreds or thousands of miles away thanks to computers? Since 9/11 the US government is allowed to harvest all your phone conversations and emails and simply needs a warrant to look at or listen to what it already collected. Then we learned from what happened to the president of the United States, Donald Trump, they may not even go through legitimate processes to get the warrant to listen.
On and on it goes with people giving up more privacy in exchange for more security as they did after 9/11/2001, the year after my book was published. And then with letting the government force them to receive injections at pain of losing their financial livelihoods. So many things change ... exactly as I write they will, even if it takes a few years to get there. The whole scene just keeps creeping in that direction ... and now we're here. Now the US president is drafting a digital dollar into law this year, and WHO is developing the digital vaccine IDs this year. And Bill Gates already conveniently has a vaccine that implants a Q-code into your skin. Looks like the emergence has come.
Just look at the heretofore unseen levels of overreach by government into our lives during Covid, which were broadly tolerated, and tell me governments will not seek to exert pandemic control over you through such an integrated digital identity system as the only superior step remaining. Then tie that very soon to the only form of government-backed digital cash that is legal tender (i.e, has to be accepted "for the payment of all debts"), diminishing your escape routes to zero. You can, in part, thank Bill the Gateskeeper, who has your health in his best interests ... and everything else you have. He's very interested in all of it. Hard to believe the man can't figure out why people keep inventing all these conspiracy theories about him. He thought he'd be welcomed with open arms as the great vaccine liberator from the global pandemic.
If it becomes necessary to cut you off from avoiding their individual freezing of your funds, governments will even revert to gold confiscation/regulation like we saw during the Great Depression. For the time being, however, gold may be your escape route or crypto; but just remember, they shut the Russians off from half of their sovereign gold and most of their access to digital money almost overnight. If they can so easily do that with physical gold and digital money to an entire nation far more capable than you are with its own military and high tech, you better not keep your gold in bank vaults when that day appears to be coming near, and don't think they don't have the power to do it to your crypto connections if they can cut Russia out of SWIFT, and Canada can cut bank accounts of truckers getting crypto donations. Due process? Heck, they didn't even do that before they fired me from my job with federal laws that make it illegal for me to take anyone to task for wrongful termination or invasion of my personal body privacy. Such antiquated concepts! Once you are a viral Covid-enemy of the state, who knows what rights you might lose?
More on how real the weirdness has all become this year
As another organization recently reported, it is now getting real throughout the US government:
In an Executive Order issued on March 9, 2022, President Biden called for the federal government to consider establishing a “U.S. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)....
Although government agencies have six months to weigh in on the advantages and disadvantages of a centralized digital currency, it’s as good as a done deal....
For instance, three weeks before the Biden Administration made headlines with its support for a government-issued digital currency, the FBI and the Justice Department quietly moved ahead with plans for a cryptocurrency enforcement team (translation: digital money cops), a virtual asset exploitation unit tasked with investigating crypto crimes and seizing virtual assets, and a crypto czar to oversee it all...
Indeed, this shift to a digital currency is a global trend. More than 100 other countries are considering introducing their own digital currencies....
As such, digital currency provides the government and its corporate partners with a mode of commerce that can easily be monitored, tracked, tabulated, mined for data, hacked, hijacked and confiscated when convenient....
Despite all of the advantages that go along with living in a digital age—namely, convenience—it’s hard to imagine how a cashless world navigated by way of a digital wallet doesn’t signal the beginning of the end for what little privacy we have left and leave us vulnerable to the likes of government thieves, data hackers and an all-knowing, all-seeing Orwellian corpo-governmental state....
For example, civil asset forfeiture schemes are becoming even more profitable for police agencies thanks to ERAD (Electronic Recovery and Access to Data) devices supplied by the Department of Homeland Security that allow police to not only determine the balance of any magnetic-stripe card (i.e., debit, credit and gift cards) but also freeze and seize any funds on pre-paid money cards. In fact, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that it does not violate the Fourth Amendment for police to scan or swipe your credit card. Expect those numbers to skyrocket once digital money cops show up in full force....
[And] a government-issued digital currency will give the government the ultimate control of the economy and complete access to the citizenry’s pocketbook. While the government might tout the ease with which it can deposit stimulus funds into the citizenry’s accounts, such a system could also introduce what economists refer to as “negative interest rates.†Instead of being limited by a zero bound threshold on interest rates, the government could impose negative rates on digital accounts in order to control economic growth. “If the cash is electronic, the government can just erase 2 percent of your money every year,†said David Yermack, a finance professor at New York University....
A digital currency will open Americans—and their bank accounts—up to even greater financial vulnerabilities from hackers and government agents alike....
I warned about the development of CBDCs and this vax/ID technology a couple of years ago, but the federal government is now actually moving on what has only been discussed until now. I reported the discussion in these Patron Posts back then to say the digital money was being schemed or invented (however you want to call it). Now I am reporting its actual implementation. It will probably happen insidiously, alongside regular cash at first ... as a nice convenience ... but the day will come when they just shut off the presses and make no more cash or cards or checks. I want to take care of those who take care of me with their patronage by providing research and reportage that focuses in on what I believe will be the significant trends of the future ... as they are planned and then as they are implemented.
The CBDC agenda is now finally being moved forward by the executive branch of the US government. It's time has come, and the wartime sanctions are -- as I said I would demonstrate in a couple of earlier articles -- making globalization more likely, not less as some have been claiming by taking us more quickly into collapse and the need for the new money, rising out of the ashes like The Economist's phoenix.
If you don't believe me, believe a fink:
The stink on Fink
Larry Fink, the aptly-named mogul who runs the evil BlackRock -- the worlds largest asset manager with more money under management than the Federal Reserve (at over a $10 Trillion) -- recently wrote about where the new world of global sanctions is taking the currencies of the world:
Fink said the Ukrainian conflict has the "potential impact on [sic.] accelerating digital currencies. The war will prompt countries to re-evaluate their currency dependencies." He spoke about central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and how they "can enhance the settlement of international transactions while reducing the risk of money laundering and corruption." Again, Fink is following WEF's [World Economic Forum's] script of implementing new forms of digital currency that will mean governments will have more control over the people....
Fink also praised how global corporate elites banded together following Russia's invasion and isolated Moscow from the global financial system overnight, paralyzing the country's economy. He said the private sector demonstrated the power of the capital markets:
"Russia has been essentially cut off from global capital markets, demonstrating the commitment of major companies to operate consistent with core values. This 'economic war' shows what we can achieve when companies, supported by their stakeholders, come together in the face of violence and aggression."
Frink [sic.] has made clear the conflict in Ukrainian [sic.] is being used as an accelerator to reorganize the global economy as the old world order crumbles and a multipolar world emerges. Supply chains will be onshored or moved closer to home, and the WEF's agenda of a green new world, more corporate surveillance, and trackable money are inevitable this decade.
I disagree with Fink's assessment of this new-world order as a multi-polar world. It is a world where multiple Western nations are now agreeing to work more tightly together (thanks, at the moment, to having a common enemy). I think multi-polar is what Fink would like people to believe because the 1% will be holding the reins of power, and he'd like to present a view of a more equitable world. However, I think he has a pretty good inside handle on digital currencies, so I quote him for that reason.
If all these nations have their own CBDCs that will make it hard to accomplish the objectives Fink names of working together to face off with violence and aggression or to get nations to enforce "greener" laws to save the world from "climate change." These are big agenda items for the big Fink. If nations cooperated together on a global CBDC, however, it would be far easier to cut one nation off from the new global currency than to cut one nation off from a hundred or more national CBDCs. I'm sure they will have figured that much out by the time I am done writing this. They won't need my help to see that pathway. Pretty sure it's already in the works, in spite of Fink's claims about multinational fracturing. He's just upset that the world is split bipolar now because he wanted all of it.
The part of the world that does not side with Western sanctions and against Russia may become multi fractured and less global, but the West has to cleave together if it wants its sanctions to succeed. My guess is some fragments of the East will do the same.
While nations may begin with their own individual national CBDCs in the early stage (as China did), they have more reason now than they have had in a long time to orchestrate a global system that transcends their individual currencies. I don't know just what form that will take. I'm not even sure they do. I suspect it would be coordinated through the existing Bank for International Settlements (with substantial US influence in that organization to protect US interests because its dollar base makes it by far the biggest fish going into that pond).
What we DO now KNOW is that CBDCs are becoming reality this year. At least the act that will make the US-dollar-based CBDC a reality is slated to go to congress this year, and all branches of government are working out the implementation as you read this. The global financial collapse that most people still don't see coming upon them, but which I keep laying out step-by-step here, will add considerable outside pressure to making these CBDCs as seamlessly integrated internationally as possible. The wartime sanctions not only add more pressure than ever for the West to work together financially, as Fink says, they add more pressure for Eastern nations to work together financially as well. They also inspire business people like Fink and banksters and governments by showing what impact severe sanctions can have to curb violence and, perhaps, to implement environmental governance (the kinds of companies Fink and the Bilderberg banksters now like to push as essential for saving the world) if they are well coordinated between nations.
There are innumerable bugs to work out for national CBDCs, even more for a single international CBDC in the West, just as there are bugs to work out to get nations that sign on to the sanctions not to cheat their way around them, but I see the strength and success of the present sanctions as creating a sense of empowerment in the West as the banksters like Fink see what they can accomplish, and the people who run governments love power. The way for some nations to get around this circling of the financial wagons, of course, will still be their gold hoards. Everybody loves them some gold, even the central banks with currencies that aren't backed by gold love to have a lot of it. It is, of course, hard to transact in on an individual daily level.
Better buckle up, Buttercup; it's rough ridin' from here; but, at least, you can now see what is coming.
