No electricity throughout the country, and all major bridges taken out means no water and great difficulty trucking water and food and no AC OR VENTILATION in large buildings that require HVAC. Partially disabled hospitals. Almost all nonworking clinics, which likely lack generation abilities. No refrigeration of food.
