Thanks, Chris. He's controlling prices and accomplishing nothing in the process, except creating real reasons for prices to rise. So, maybe that is the game, as I've suggested some in the past: Create real reasons for prices to rise, bet on their falling after they rise, then make the announcement that will cause them to fall. Rinse, repeat. Make a fortune and damage the entire world.
