That Didn't Take Long for Longshoremen, but my Trip to Seattle Did
Sorry there is no editorial today and headlines are scant. I spent most of the day driving to the University of Washington Medical Center and meeting with doctors, so the headlines below are as far as I got before I had to make my excursion to Seattle, which got me nowhere.
One noteworthy thing to point out is the dock strike has tentatively ended. A general deal has been struck, to be worked out with the strike terminated/postponed until, at least, January to give time for working those things out. So, no damage will be coming from that this year.
