I have been enjoying your articles. I wanted to see if you had an opinion on the massive strength of the dollar. In a time when we are spending so much money and the dollar is crazy soaring?
Good question, Chris. I haven't been watching the dollar lately, so you just brought that to my attention. I'll have to think about it if it continues climbing. Right now, I see it is right at the top of a range it has been in since last June. I'm not sure that means much with dollar trades where there aren't as many chart watchers making decisions based on trading ranges as there are in stocks. If it breaks out of that range, then I'll consider researching it to figure out what the dynamics are there. Off the top of my head, it seems counterintuitive.
