Just because of curiosity I’d be interested if you found the ‘local’ SS people to be helpful in trying to sort everything out. Becuz as I said before, the local employees (New Bern NC) were all lovely, including management. It was so obvious to me that they were dealing with a totally bloated, broken, and useless system and structure. I can’t imagine that part has changed.

Yes, presuming that the assurances they have given us all actually work out. They were pretty good.
