And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, having neither bars nor gates... Ezekiel 38:11 So where do you think that land is? It most certainly is not "Israel" which has more walls, bars and gates than anywhere else.
And their dead bodies shall lie in the streets of that great (harlot) city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. Revelation
Israel’s Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant has told US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, "Time is running out…." Seems to me both Israel and the U.S. has been saying this for nearly 30 years.
I t thought this might interest you. My oldest kid is trying to sell a house in Bozeman. Not going well. 20 showings. Zero offers. Bozeman was mostly immune in the last crash. He’s got it priced to high and now with the NAR changes, where are the buyers going to come from.
I get stats from a friend of mine in the real estate analysis business. She tracks Bozeman for me.
Inventory +40% YOY
Sales-Flat through May, trending down in June, tanking in July.
Median Sales Price -7.3% in July
Median Sales Price -11.3% YOY
And July data is based on a 3 month rolling average of sales that we’re likely made March-May. So the reality is worse.
As I said, Bozeman did fine in the GFC. There was tons of dollars pouring in to that area with the expansion of Big Sky and Yellowstone Club a few years past BR and growing as a bug out spot for the rich and famous.
But if Bozeman is heading downhill, I can almost guarantee it’s coming to your town (rhetorically speaking) over the next few years.
It definitely looks like the ice dam is now slowly breaking up. That will be until Kamala becomes prez and gives all new homebuyers a $25k grant or whatever she's promising. Then new free money will just goose the prices back up due to market interference, just like new cheap interest rates do. Maybe she'll put in some central planning price controls to make sure that doesn't happen.

Note: this was sent as a reply to Marcel 4 Zion but it didn't end up there.
Thanks for the information..

In fact Chris Hedges wrote back in 1995 for the NY Slime that: - Iran May Be Able to Build an Atomic Bomb in 5 Years, U.S. and Israeli Officials Fear - https://www.nytimes.com/1995/01/05/world/iran-may-be-able-build-atomic-bomb-5-years-us-israeli-officials-fear.html
More ear mongering by the neocons who want WWWIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree on the heard it for 30 years. That’s why I say we might want to take it with a grain of salt, except that they just might want to act on it.
